I'm not a mind reader, but I am guessing if you are on this page, some of these things are very real for you. 

Deep exhaustion is yet another way our body is informing us that something is OFF and we need to tend to it. 

When the solution is just getting more sleep, that is easy to solve. We know how to fix that by going to bed earlier, taking a nap... But when more sleep DOESN'T fix our exhaustion, it can feel debilitating and possibly leave you feeling hopeless that anything will change.  

There are many possible reasons for deep exhaustion or fatigue. I am not going to diagnose what that could be for you, but I can share with you some base line, but extremely powerful things you can do to begin to bring energy back into your life - NATURALLY.  At the bottom of this page, I give you a couple different protocol suggestions to try for the next few months. 5 Important Things To Increase ENERGY:

  1. Nutrients & Minerals - Coenzyme Q10, Ginko Biloba, Vitamin B12, C, D, Selenium, Omega-3 fish oils, Magnesium, and Zinc. These are all found in the Lifelong Vitality Supplements I recommend below and a nutrients the body is searching for!
